Submit your application via the public registration page: name, contact info, bank account to receive commission. CostDesk admin reviews and notifies you within 1-2 business days.

Get your referral code and start sharing
Once approved, you receive a unique referral code and full link to share through any channel such as Zalo, email, social media, or direct introduction.

Automatic commission on every payment cycle
Every time your customer pays successfully, whether first signup, renewal, or seat add-on, commission is recorded automatically in your portal. Payout transfer by batch upon request.

?How is commission calculated?
As a % of the actual amount the customer pays each cycle, after all discounts and credits. Specific commission rate is confirmed when your partner application is approved.
?How often do I receive commission?
Commission is generated every time a customer pays successfully: first signup, monthly/quarterly/annual renewal, or adding new users. Payout by batch when you request and admin confirms.
?If the customer uses a discount coupon, does it affect my commission?
It does not affect you adversely. Commission is calculated on the actual amount paid after discount, including coupons you gifted to the customer. From the second renewal onward, the coupon no longer applies and the payment returns to original price.
?What happens if the customer cancels their subscription?
Unpaid commission related to that customer will be voided. Already paid commission stays intact. You are notified via email when this event occurs.
?How do I log into the portal?
Via magic link sent to your email, no password to remember. Email is the unique identifier for your affiliate account.
?Can my affiliate account be deactivated?
The account is automatically set to inactive if there are no new customers and no portal login for 6 consecutive months. The system warns 30 days in advance. Admin can reactivate any time upon request.
